All the proceeds from this event support The Toby Keith Foundation's OK Kids Korral, a cost-free home for children fighting cancer.

Official Rules

• 1 Waivers must be signed by all participants and safety meeting is REQUIRED.
• 2 Must show proof of ID upon entry.
• 3 Safety glasses and hearing protection required in all shooting areas (not provided).
• 4 Gun actions must be kept open and unloaded except within the shooting stations.
• 5 Ammunition shot size must be 7 ½, 8, or 9 and not over 1 1/8 ounces.
• 6 Carry shotguns with the muzzle either pointed up or down.
• 7 The Toby Keith Foundation reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this program, refuse entry, or cause withdrawal of any shooter or team, if conditions warrant.
• 8 No alcohol prior to or during the shooting event.

Liability Waiver

You will have to confirm that you've read and agree to the waiver during checkout.

We have read and understand all rules and regulations associated with this event and hereby release, hold harmless, waive, and forever discharge all other contestants, sponsors, volunteers, event officials, municipalities, property owners, The Toby Keith Foundation, and all other partners from any and all claims for injury or damages incurred in connection with this event. We are fully aware of the nature of these events.

I/We also release, hold harmless, waive, and forever discharge all the above-mentioned parties from any and all claims for injury or damages incurred in the event a minor under the age of eighteen is participating in the event.

We also agree that The Toby Keith Foundation shall have exclusive rights to use any photographs and video/audio recordings of myself/us as contestants, to use in any manner The Toby Keith Foundation chooses. This waiver and release covers all aspects of the event. All contestants must sign this waiver prior to participating.

I further agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the event. With my participation in this event, we irrevocably grant The Toby Keith Foundation and its sponsors unlimited rights to use, in any media, all photographs, video/audio recordings of me and/or the contestants, as well as interviews or accounts involving contestants, for any and all purposes including but not limited to promotional and advertising uses.
